The German tactician has been in charge for about a month since the club decided to relieve Ole Gunnar Solskjaer of his duties following an embarrassing loss to Watford in November.
Rangnick has won two of his first four games while the other two ended in draws, but the overall performances have not been pleasing on the eye for many, especially in the 1-1 draw with Newcastle United earlier this week.
The Daily Mail has now reported that the mood at the club’s training ground is very low, with the players struggling with the timing of the sessions as Rangnick prefers later workouts.
As a result of the practice times changing, the players leave the training ground at 17:00 when it’s dark, which is said to be an hour after the sun goes down in Manchester currently.
It is further claimed that dressing room cliques continue to be an issue in the squad, while some players are still unhappy with their positions in the team, including Jesse Lingard and Donny van de Beek.
The Red Devils will be aiming to end the year on a Cheap Lewandowski Football Shirts high when they host Burnley at Old Trafford on Thursday night.
