Sony Sugar had filed a case with KPL Disciplinary and Appeals Committee, accusing Tusker of making an illegal approach on four of their players contrary to KPL Policy Articles Section 5 and Articles 18 Section 3. As a result, Tusker was summoned last week by KPL but it seems that the case will not go into a full hearing after both parties agreed to settle the matter.
¡°Sony Sugar FC chairman Paul Orato informed IDCC that the two clubs have reached an agreement and that they are not willing to continue with the case,¡± read a statement from KPL.
